Classic Flow

In early 2023, we improved and updated a few backend technologies in LandingLens. At that point, we migrated most customers to the “new” version of LandingLens. 

Due to requirements for specific use cases, some users stayed with the previous version. That older version is referred to as “Classic Flow” or “the Legacy version” of LandingLens.

How do I know if I'm on the Classic Flow version?

If you see the Models tab in a Project, you are on Classic Flow.

For example, the version below has the Models tab, so it’s on Classic Flow.

The Classic Flow Has the "Models" Tab

However, the version below does not have the Models tab, so it’s on the newer version.

You Can Tell this Version Isn't on Classic Flow Because It Doesn't Have the "Models" Tab

We stopped offering Classic Flow on February 12, 2023. If you onboarded to LandingLens after that date, you are NOT using Classic Flow.

What features aren't available in Classic Flow?

Due to incompatibility issues, Classic Flow doesn’t support the following features:

• Cloud Deployment, the streamlined process for deploying Models
• The ability to delete Classes
• Visual Prompting
• Compatibility with the Landing AI SDK.
