Port Conflicts and Changing Port Number

Some users may encounter a port conflict error during LandingEdge installation. If you encounter this error message, follow the instructions below.

1. Navigate to the directory path on the error message. It will be C:\Users\<user-name>\.clrt\app_data
2. Find a file named ports.json and open it with a text editor application.
3. Identify an empty port on your computer and change the field ui_port
4. Change the port number to an available port
5. Save your changes.
6. Return to the installation procedure again.
